Meet David, a seasoned civil engineer and refurbishment quantity surveyor with a wealth of experience gained during his time at Esh Group. Starting as an apprentice, David quickly climbed the ranks to become a QS while simultaneously pursuing his BSC (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying. Currently, as the Managing Quantity Surveyor of Deerness, David exemplifies exceptional commercial acumen in all his work. He prioritizes building strong relationships with clients and their teams on the job site, consistently delivering the highest standards of quality, service, and business performance. David assesses valuations for clients and provides detailed project performance reports to the commercial director while managing risks and ensuring commercial viability. As a valuable member of the business management team, David has proved himself to be a crucial asset to the Deerness family.
