Read articleKeith is our company's contracts surveyor who is responsible for overseeing all repair and maintenance contracts.
Keith has been a valuable member of our company since he joined us in February 2014 as a labourer for one of our fencing operatives. As a hardworking and dedicated employee, he soon caught the attention of his superiors and was later transitioned to working as a yard operative. In this crucial role, Keith was responsible for ensuring that our fencing teams were fully equipped with the necessary tools and materials to carry out their work effectively. He also made sure that the yard was kept in pristine condition at all times.
In 2018, our long-serving yard manager retired, and Keith was approached to take on the role of yard supervisor. Without hesitation, he accepted the position and quickly demonstrated his exceptional management skills. Keith was in charge of overseeing all yard activities and staff, maintaining a high standard of organization, and ensuring that all tasks were completed on time and to the highest quality.
Keith's success in his new role did not go unnoticed, and in 2022, he was appointed as a contract surveyor in our repairs and maintenance department. In this position, he is responsible for surveying individual properties, assessing their repair and maintenance needs, and liaising with tenants to ensure that their requirements are met. Keith's exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work have made him an indispensable member of our team.
We are proud to have Keith as part of our company, and it's a testament to his dedication and hard work that we also employ his son and daughter. We look forward to many more years of working together and achieving great success.
