Lisa joined the repairs and maintenance department in the early days and has been involved in the evolution of the department from a team of three with the department running from spreadsheets, to current day implementation of CRM systems. The department is a big part of our business and with the enrolment and success of BIG CHANGE, Lisa's roles are to ensure BIG CHANGE is updated daily, ensuring we have clear communication paths with our partners with daily verbal reporting and more in-depth weekly reports, resolve any query from our partners, Operational teams and commercial department put her way. Ensuring the day-to-day aspects of the contracts are met with reporting to our operations management teams and commercial department to ensure all work is completed and invoicing is picked up and sent off to our partners. Lisa is a valuable member of our team.
