Tim joined Deerness Fencing and Landscaping in 2014 as an assistant estimator. Through his dedicated efforts, he earned the position of estimator, solidifying his worth to the department over the years that followed.

About Tim

Tim has an extensive background in the landscaping and ground investigation industries. He has held various roles, including estimator, where he was responsible for pricing projects related to landscaping and fencing. His collaboration with the procurement department allowed him to gain valuable experience in procurement and supply chain management. Due to his exceptional work, Tim was awarded the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor by senior management in 2019. He currently oversees the prestigious North Tyneside planned works contract and works on several new build contracts with a hands-on approach. Tim holds qualifications in Horticulture and Construction Management, having completed a foundation degree in the latter.
